Fuji Die Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in order to provide services and information according to customer needs, may request that the customer provide personal information, including the name of the company for which the customer is working and the name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of the customer after notifying the customer of the purpose and application thereof.

The Company will handle the personal information provided in the manner as shown below:

1. Intended Use of Personal Information

The Company will use the personal information provided within the scope of the following purposes, and the communication with the customer shall be executed by telephone, e-mail, postal mail, and in person for achieving the purpose.

    1) To dispatch the answer to the inquiry, materials requested, etc.;
    2) To report the information concerning the products of the Company, holding of an exhibition, etc.;
    3) To implement a questionnaire survey;
    4) To provide after-sales service for any product; and
    5) To execute business operations related to the above-stated purposes.

2. Disclosure and Provision to Third Party

The Company may disclose or provide the personal information of the customer to group companies of the Company and the companies to which business operations are subcontracted within the scope required for fulfilling the purposes stated in the foregoing paragraph, in addition to the cases where disclosure of information is required under current laws or regulations.

3. Observance of Laws, Regulations and Codes

The Company will, in handling the personal information, observe the laws, regulations, and other codes with respect to the protection of personal information.

4. Control System of Personal Information

The Company will work on the prevention of risks including the loss, falsification, and leakage of personal information, as well as fraudulent access to the information, by implementing dissemination activities to  employees and to companies to which the business activities are subcontracted.
