1 Drawing Dies & Mandrels(Plugs) for Wire and Pipe Forming Wires, rods, and pipes are manufactured by extraction. Dies and plugs are used for this purpose. The tool that determines the outer diameter is called a die and the tool that determines the inner diameter is called a plug/mandrel.

5 Grooved Plugs, Grooved Rolls To enhance the heat exchange performance of the air conditioner, the inner grooved tubes are popularly used as the heat exchange tubes. These tools are used in the manufacturing processes of such tubes.
Fuji Die tools are indispensable for manufacturing of inner grooved tubes for heat exchangers. Our product lineup covers various materials that are applicable to various shapes and the use environments. We also make proposals regarding coating that reduces adhesion with the material to be processed.

11 Forging Die & Punch This mold is used for molding the material by applying a high pressure to the metal material to cause plastic flows.
For forging, many cemented carbides are used since high pressures are applied to metal materials. There are cases of using cemented carbides for hot forging in recent years. We will offer proposals for improving the service life of forging dies and punches based on our various past application examples.

13 Corrosion-resistance Mold This mold is used in the environment where corrosion resistance is required.
For cemented carbides, there were a request for stable corrosion-resistance property under various solutions and atmospheres, which lead the development of FUJILLOY-M Series alloys. In addition to the cemented carbides, ceramics are used under the environment that requires the corrosion resistance property.

14 Nonmagnetic Mold For press-working molds and tools for magnetic carrier tapes on which a magnetic field acts, the FUJILLOY-M series alloys, which are "non-magnetic and ultra-hard" alloys, are used. 15 Mechanical-seals This product is used to mechanically seal the leakage from the rotation shaft penetrating through the pressure container (casing) of rotating equipment including pumps and stirrers.
