Disclosure Policy

1.Standard of disclosure

The Company emphasizes transparency, fairness and consistency in its efforts to disclose information as expediently as possible, in compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other applicable laws and regulations as well as the “Timely Disclosure of Corporation Information, etc.” of the Securities Listing Regulations prescribed by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter “Timely Disclosure Rules”).
Furthermore, the Company seeks to be proactive in the disclosure of other information that is not necessarily required by laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules, but is considered to be useful to shareholders and other stakeholders for understanding the Company.
The Company will not disclose personal information, customer information or any other information the disclosure of which will infringe the rights of other parties concerned.

2.Method of disclosure

The Company discloses information as required by and in accordance with Timely Disclosure Rules through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The Company also posts the same information on the website of the Company promptly after it is disclosed through TDnet.
Furthermore, the Company seeks to be proactive in the disclosure of other information that is not necessarily required by the Timely Disclosure Rules, but is considered to be useful to shareholders and other stakeholders for understanding the Company.

3.Quiet period

To prevent unauthorized disclosure of financial results (including quarterly financial results) prior to official announcement and to preserve the integrity of such information, the Company observes a quiet period from the day immediately following each reporting date (June 30, September 30, December 31, and March 31) until the public release of financial results. During this period, the Company refrains from answering questions or making comments concerning the upcoming financial results or forecasts. However, if it has become likely during this period that the actual results will significantly deviate from the financial forecasts, the Company will disclose relevant information as appropriate in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
